    1. @reconbrony Like how a monk tries brewing. Yes. I am quite the self-tought expert on meditation. I can get totally lost in silence, only to wake up 3 days later from a VERY rumbly belly

      1. @critialcloudkicker what type did you teach yourself?

        1. @reconbrony There are types ? I only know what my kun-tao ( Kung-Fu variaty ) teacher told me, and what the monks at the cathedral told me... Basically I become one with my breathing until I no longer feel my earthly body, like it has turned into stone. Being able to feel time crawl by as I am feeling that I am like the wind on a black painting. It is so very peacefull, although I can not deny that it sounds rather dark

          1. @critialcloudkicker so you do some form of kungfu stuff? I thought that was with much motion energy like tai chi or something where you are moving alot. my base is vajrayana, I like to go in saunas and control my internal temperature, focusing on cool.\

            1. @reconbrony If you are asking if I can instinctively fight or spar with kun-tao moves, yes. Also I used to be able to break chopsticks on my throat and solar-plexus. ... I do not know a lot about focusing such mental projections in other ways though. Although I heard that a lot of breaking concrete "tricks" are due to stuff like that. ... I have no idea how to increase my own body temperature though, although I can slow down some things like the sound of my gut after my stomach is done ( You know, food ) and the beat of my heart.

          2. @critialcloudkicker lol alot of that sounds like stuff from kungfu movies and whatnot. Some stuff we did when I had a teacher was identify direction of energy, how to clean your body and mind through white light, and even communicated with a partner a simple thing such as a color, movement, we barely got into that, it was crazy. It helps with making use of your dreams to understand more, and to create that 6th sense, and that helps keep us alert in pertinent times.

            1. @reconbrony I do it mainly to clear my brain of rampant thoughts, and I should be able to rince my muscles of stress and my spirit somehow... But I no longer have the time to train kun-tao ( I will pick it up again though, Once I have the spare time, in the future ) ... But I'd really like to do what you did one time too

              1. @critialcloudkicker im sure it should be online how to learn it, but its really cool to connect to another's mind. And when you send the message out, it feels good, same way as holding the door for an elderly person or something. after meditation, its like you hit the flush button, where all of life stresses are released, and you can do what you need to do.

      2. @critialcloudkicker have you noticed a change when you meditate on cloudy days?

Sunday, 15-Sep-13 22:38:17 UTC from web
        1. @reconbrony It feels colder, and my hair comes slick and wet before my body seems to become wet if I meditate outside ( and it happens to start raining after I started )

          1. @critialcloudkicker my friends said they feel same as how I do, usually the mediatation is jumbled, focus is poor and our minds seem like loose cannons and dont focus as well. Random thoughts images and whatnot hop through our minds. kind of like and expected lucid dream, but loosing control

            1. @reconbrony Yea, you kind of need to whip your own mind into shape a few times... Although I without a doubt did not verbalize that well
