@widget Made them myself and added them manually. They work just fine, but they spew errors because of a script on the games' files, which lists all the existing items so that people can't add custom equipment. I'm too lazy to create new patch MPQs to add them to the game properly.

@widget Event::hasHandler checks if any plugin has added a hook for the specified action. If a plugin name is specified, it only checks if that plugin has implemented that hook. It doesn't check if the event is ever handled.
