  4. @pumpkinhill I routinely say unpleasant things about almost everyone on this site. The RP people were particularly abrasive though.

  12. @fallinwinter You should do some cocaine or just lobotomise yourself with a Pink Celestia.

  13. @fallinwinter Those look suspiciously like foreign. That's not acceptable on the american market. Try again.

  14. @fallinwinter NOT STUPID ENOUGH. There's regular stupid, then there's Hasbro stupid.

  18. @fallinwinter Well, they probably don't get paid enough to care.

  19. @fallinwinter I've never actually had a store attendent ask me who an item is for. Even when it's been weird stuff like womens underwear! (Actually legitamately for my sister).

  20. @fallinwinter @rd5678 You're both doing it wrong. The correct answer is to put on your sunglasses and say "They're for me"

  21. @fallinwinter Actually, that's exactly what I did on my replay. I didn't do any the quests. (I in fact, fatally botched the starting quest) and just wandered around the wasteland looking at things, and found I had a really fun time.

  22. @fallinwinter I didn't like NV until I replayed it, but I think I like it more than Skyrim. That might be because I like Fallout more than generic fantasy setting or whatever the world in the elder scrolls is called.

  23. @ceruleanspark @fallinwinter HD Vision Ultras. I've memorised most of that informercial, 'cos it was playing repeatedly when I worked at Superdrug. "Everything just... pops!"

  24. @fallinwinter Skyrim is actually my first elder scrolls game. I think what I'm about to say is generally heresy, but I liked Fallout 3 and NV better.

  25. @fallinwinter Man I saw some of those whilst I was in new york. I was so close to buying them but then I realised I'd just be supporting the company responsible and chose not to.

  26. @fallinwinter I started playing Skyrim yesterday. That game sure is a lot of fuss about nothing. It's fun, sure, but it isn't Jesus returned from on high in videogame form the way the populace of the internet would have me believe. I have done literally nothing else. How about you?

Monday, 16-Jan-12 12:44:09 UTC from StatusNet Desktop in context
  27. @fallinwinter That is the reason more or less.

  28. @fallinwinter The Chrono Trigger fandom is one that seems to have fan-titles C&D'd about once a week.

  29. @fallinwinter Dozens of fangames based on other franchises have been shuttered by cease and desist orders, almost all of them free.

  30. @fallinwinter If I honestly thought Fighting is Magic was ever going to see a release, I'd say the same about that.
