  3. @pumpkinhill What we understand: This is bad. What we don't understand fully: EXACTLY how much it will affect us. Say what you want, but you probably haven't lived with censored internet. Most of us don't know what its like! We need to know exactly how bad it will be, so we will just make just a bit more effort, because unless the US gets 50 more representatives against this stuff, it will pass (PIPA) in the senate. We need to motivate the people making the decisions just a bit towards what the people want, instead of what the businesses want

  4. @pumpkinhill It's the interwebs. People can easily get impassioned by trivial conversations and escalate the situation.

  14. @pumpkinhill Aaaagh, I can't stand muggy air. I did enjoy going to Hawaii, but sheesh the weather was sometimes not enjoyable.

  17. @pumpkinhill As an amendment to this, that doesn't mean that one side should be jerks nor should one side just accept all forms of abuse, simply that both sides should be able to get along or find some line they are willing to draw.

  26. @pumpkinhill And I think that's my main problem. The dream is the whole basis of the story, and yet I can't incorporate it properly. I'm probably better off redoing the whole thing, honestly.

  28. @pumpkinhill I'm trying to avoid taking that route. I have the ending planned out in my head as "Twilight comes back home to find her friends had planned a surprise party for her since she was gone all day", and I don't know how to get Twilight to miss them without turning her into an emotional trainwreck.
