Maybe something happened to Pinkie in the future that tore the world asunder upon her becoming an Alicorn causing it to become scrambled, and in order to fix it, she had to take the chaos into herself, turning herself into that twisted form, but changing the world completely from what she knew of it? Celestia could be Rarity! Luna could be Twilight! Sunset Shimmer could be Fluttershy! Sombra could be Applejack! Rainbow Dash could be Chrysalis! What a strange twisted world...
