Je mehr Skandale, desto weniger wird sich ändern. Die Leute (die Gesellschaft) können nur eine begrenzte Skandal-Anzahl gleichzeitig handlen. Die alten Skandale rotieren dann unverarbeitet wieder raus aus dem Bewusstsein.
Gerade vor ein paar Monaten gabs schonmal nen Fitnesstracker-Skandal: weil westliche Soldaten u.a. in Afghanistan und dem Irak dazu tendieren in ihrer Freizeit um ihre Stützpunkte zu joggen (mit eingeschaltetem Fitnesstracker + GPS) weiß nun die ganze Welt wo diese eigentlich geheimen Stützpunkte liegen. #Strava

Und selbst der Strava-Skandal ist einfach so rausrotiert, was man daran sieht, dass er bei diesem neuerlichen #UnderArmour -Fitnesstrackerskandal mit keinem Wort erwähnt wird.
Ein Skandal jagt den anderen, aber die Leute zucken nur noch mit der Schulter. Skandale sind Normalität geworden.

How to unpack an unencrypted .ab android backup file created with "adb backup": drop the first 24 bytes, deflate the rest with zlib, feed to tar. (Or prepend a gzip header and feed to tar with -z)
$ dd if=my_backup.ab bs=24 skip=1 | zlib-flate -uncompress | tar xv
$ {
printf "\x1f\x8b\x08\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00"
tail -c+25 my_backup.ab
