Are we going to somehow figure out our own seating arrangement, or is there a way to rent them, or would we just all sit on the floor or stand the whole time? Anyone who wants to add the episode to their computer on the Saturday and bring their laptop or extra cables can feel free to (just to be safe in case there are issues), but bear in mind any security or convenience issues that might be associated with bringing your own computer.
