@purplephish20 @leonkfox I actually told him last year that all his issues would be solved if he requested a new modem from virgin like we did, we had a ancient one that wasnt really supported anymore, as soon as they sent a new one and we got it set up, we got perfect 20mb service, and now get perfect 50 down. Is @leonkfox still with virgin, and did you ever do the modem? X3
