    @awesomelostbrony Control panel > Change keyboard or other input methods > Change keyboards > add > scroll to Chinese (Simplified, PRC) > expand > select first one > hit ok at top > ok at bottom > install this http://www.microsoft.com/china/pinyin/ > on that page click the blue box in the top banner > After download open > click little box in left > click button on lower right > click button on left > uncheck two boxes on lower right > click button on lower right > And now it is set-up. To go into Pinyin typing mode click Alt+Shift and same to go back
