The best Green can muster are theoretical turn-two wins with Elves, and have hardly any cost-efficient card-advantage generators or library manipulation for the first turn. First turn, blue has set up their next five turns or more and are two cards ahead of you AT LEAST, unless they've already won, and black has already stripped your hand down to near nothing and most likely has a creature on the table.
