Also, are we discussing parents? I get really annoyed by mine D: my dad especially, whom is everything a southern American is stereotyped to be. Homophobic, racist, xenophobic, social conservative, etcetc. I pretty much have to keep my interests and identity a secret, mostly my political beliefs and my sexual orientation.
