@anarchycarcino You can cause an EMP with any somewhat important energy source. Or just take copper and a piece of iron, some paper and tape, a piece of dry wood, and make a coil. You put a long wire on that, plug it, and get it near the camera/cellphone the guy who's taking photos is holding. It will at least ruin the data storage.
