@jfcain123123 first thing's first: when conversing with someone, follow up on what they say by clicking the semi-circle-arrow symbol next to the heart button on their message, which displays "@[name] in your talkbox. Then, type whatever response and hit send. That way, the addressee is notified and aware someone is speaking with him or her.
