Unfortunately, he had no talent whatsoever for the craft. His baked weaponry was soft, easily broken, and completely unsuitable for monster slaying. His father, tired of the constant failures sent his child to the wilds of Zebrica with only one mission; slay a beast. Arriving with only a knife, Joe slowly collected resources, using his combat baker knowledge to create yeast, flour, oil, and other essentials from the native plants. Finally he was ready. Joe began mixing the ingredients, then shaping the dough till he had the two round discs that would act as armour plates for his sides. Placing the discs into a cauldron of boiling oil Joe watched with rapt attention as they expanded, which would explain why he didn't notice the horrifying beast behind him
