@softfang snowdrop is too perfect, no actual plot by technical definition because there isn't really any real conflict or at the least it has a low-tension conflict with somewhat telegraphed resolution, and the main character being blind AND picked on doesn't really further the plot or characters other than to make the audience sympathize with her in absence of other traditional likeable qualities of protagonists. The animators' implementation of the show's style was rather effective in spite of this, though the voicework could have been more emotional to match what was going on.
