@flamingpandaomg well if they even get that deep, you'd know, and you can always tell them the pressure is too hard, if it's a reputible therapist they wouldn't go deep enough to cause damage, it's like, my school taught us to use our elbows, but my first school said to never do that because you can not tell how hard you are doing with elbows, and though I've been taught to use my elbows at my therapist school, I will NEVER use them because of my relaxation school
