    @rancidrob There are apparently only two of these badges in the world and the other one disappeared into a private collection a long time ago. The rest are foam rubber "stunt" badges for fight sequences and stuff. This one would have been worn while he was hunting for John, walking casually or downstairs, or generally "looking pretty" for the camera. No action sequences, since he could have been stabbed or harmed by the hard plastic.
