  1. @mrmattimation Being fair though, trains as a hobby have always been expensive, and people used to spend that and far more on scale models of trains and cities/fields. Unlike say, car racing simulators fans of trains are less but also a different demographic, mostly people well into their adult years, and DLC tends to be photorealistic models of specific real life trains and the tracks and landscapes that go with them. Due to reasons of space, as models require sometimes entire rooms to allocate, it's to be expected that people who live in apartments or small places would shift to digital media and invest there.
