    @mushi I see. I was mainly talking about the part where you said "and people usually only use it to get paid". The real thing for most people (me included) that use the program is that we only go to these countries because we receive the money, otherwise we would not have the condition to pay for all the fees. And at least in my part, I have to show to my university what classes I'm taking and how many credits. I don't know how will it be after I come back though.
