@daisymare It's a violation of the iOS developer agreement to upload something you don't hold the rights too, regardless of whether you plan to charge for it or not. It'd take about 5 seconds for some hater to report him and get the app pulled. If they put it in Cydia, that'd be a real motivation for me to bother to re-jailbreak my iPad.
