    @bobo The best advice I can give is to just let it happen. There's no way to really properly prepare you for the changes you'll face physically, but I guess the best advice I can offer is look at it as a sort of learning experience. A trial of self discovery, if you will. That's sort of what growing up is all about, at least from an insular perspective.
