It's not enough to say that I want to quit porn, quit weed, stop wasting my money, start doing what I need to do to achieve something.l. I want those things NOW, yes. But I don't want them when I am tempted. Take the money thing. I want to save up for a state of the art computer. But if I go by a bakery, then I never think "computer", I only think "donuts". I don't know how to keep in mind what I really want.
