  1. @fnordly I'm not sure if I see the connection between my post and your answer, but I'll make an attempt. I don't want to quit any of those things for the sake of quitting things, but because they keep me from achieving other, grander labels that pin down things that are more awesome in the long term, but less satisfying here and now. I want to quit porn because it makes me less interested in having sex with my girlfriend. I want to quit weed because I've started enjoying it more than everything else. I want to save money so I can buy a good computer instead of the one I have now. And I want to be hard working so I can be proud of myself. But none of those are as satisfying in the short term as slacking off, getting high, murdocking and wasteful spending. So I always, always, ALWAYS end up doing that which ultimately keeps me back.
