Why should we live?

This isn't going to be a depression post, don't worry about it.

Why do we live? Or rather, why /should/ we?

I should probably define living, as used in this post.

having life; being alive; not dead:

If we, our minds/brains, our decisions, actions, expiriences and feelings are influenced by hormones and other chemical processes, which are in turn a result of evolution through natural selection and mutation, would there truly be a reason for us to /keep/ existing, procreate?

Natural selection dictates that species survive longer and procreate more if fitted to their environment, which in turn can results in evolution. If this is what resulted in our ability to expirience emotions, wouldn't that mean that the point to our lives, our expiriences, the suffering and joy is only to procreate, and therefore make others go through the same thing?
Why would be the point of living through a "Live, suffer, expirience joy, procreate" cycle? Wouldn't everythin
