@maiyannah As for the free vaccination, it covers the basic vaccination plan (which is actually printed on birth certificates as a way of making sure parents keep up with it, getting a stamp on each field as they're covered) and vaccines for risk factors (kids, eldely, pregnant women, and people with conditions that affect the immune system or recovery) in case of a potential outbreak of either a foreign disease, or the typical flu in the winter.
