  1. @jimbo I am aware of those things. I guess it's also not their fault that they eat terrible or don't exercise. There is only one very rare disease that I know of, that makes the body unable to remove fat. But I can assure you that it is very rare and not everyone that is overweight has it. But yes, even those cases you mentioned, a person can make the decision to lose weight, it just involves more work when those situations are involved. That doesn't just mean "omg I want to be skinny now" it means taking the time to eat right, be healthy. It's more like they are making the decision to eat healthy and exercise, which has a side effect of not being fat. The decision isn't choosing between being fat and being skinny, its the choice between exercising and eating right, or eating bad and not moving... being fat or skinny is a byproduct of that decision.
