    @pinhooves The fact that not enough small keys are accessible without going through a locked door, and some locked doors don't even give you another small key. So, what happens is you run out of small keys but the other small keys that you can't get to are behind locked doors. So, since you can't finish the Water Temple, you can't finish the game.
