Today, in the lunch qeue, I was standing behind my mate Alex. We talked about today's options: curry and flan. We both wanted curry. He said to me "Sam, you go first". I went ahead of him in the qeue and he followed shortly after. Then, we both saw, there was only one porion of curry. I said "You know, Alex, the flan has onion. I think I'll have that" And I left the last porion of curry for him. The woman serving on the other side of the counter said "Alex, you have a good friend there..." I didn't hear the rest, I moved on to pay for my flan.
