@jinny Yeah, in the 1971 version (the only one that matters) George Strus played Carmen, and he used to run a used car lot and a smallish restaurant in my home town, he was a friend of my father's when I first met him, he said that when they shot the barroom scene Richard Roundtree was worried about hurting him for real.
