    I've got this nasty ache on the back side of my neck that runs up to the back of my head. I can't even move my head without feling pain. I took two ibuprofen in the morning and it didn't work. Two when I got home and it got worse. This has been happening for over a week now. Going to have to postpone some things until tomorrow. The pain is unbearable right now.
