The fact that nopony knows me personally on RDN is handy for airing what I feel. My ex-gf, with whom I am still pretty smitten, just added me on facebook. What do I do? I'm worried that I may well see something that could deepen my depression and ultimately trigger a sudden shortening of my life expectancy.
