    @carcino Yeah, that's where I fail xD I led the invassions as 40 men divided by groups of five with a leader each who answered to me, while I was at the "generals group" but if you lead a small force, they have to excel at what they do. That's why at tabletop RPGs I don't let other players take decisions in important battles.
