@pinhooves A long shower with a lot of steam can help, too. I spent a lot of time sick when I was a pupae.

Anyway, venting: I will *not* "live with it"! I refuse to accept things soley on the basis that they are common, or new! Simply because something is held in wide regard, or has emerged from something older, does not make it correct, nor right! I REFUTE IT THUS!
