@pony They hire moderators, who usually do very little visibly. They will delete any post involving CP though, it is pretty much the only thing mods are there to do.

@pony He doesn't factor in at all, except that he maintains the website. He doesn't involve himself in anything 4chan actually does, nor does he ever post.

@pony moot doesn't do anything and as for "organised" it's just that they all have the same damn sense of humour/morals. It's like saying a group of cats chasing a mouse are organised because they share a common goal.

@pony Well, it wouldn't load it until you moused over (in context), and I'd probably add a timeout for like "it won't try to load it until the mouse has been over it for .3 seconds" or something to avoid unnecessary requests. It wouldn't possibly be an instant display but it'd definitely help site usability.

@pony I try to care for everyone equally. Obviously I'm more partial towards some users more than others, but it's impossible to be completely neutral towards everyone.
