if you mean that: then there should be some kind of #filter when people perceive things as low-quality. In the extreme case they'll by this limit the amount of #activity, leading to ghost towns which could be circumvented by making all those M A N Y social networks #speak to each other, so one has always access to other users on the same wave-length. So: a major weakness of social networks: that they don't #federate with each other
