!calgarybronies @conjure I dont know about getting a room.. they're usually reserved for anime showings or panelists. I was also considering a table near the registration/entrance where other groups generally advertise other conventions. I think that might be a better option for us to consider.

@ikasamabrony !calgarybronies @vanillabelle hey talked to @darcyblue a little while ago about all this and i have an alternative plan for otafest. instead of geting a table at artists alley i thought that instead we should get a room. we talked about this a while ago about getting a room for just pony and promote the group so we can also maybe have a place in the back or upfront where we can sell stuff, two birds one stone kinda thing. i dont know how much it would cost or anything other details but its an idea. unfortunately i am i bit tight on money right now what with me saving for a house and having to go back to school in the new year but i will donate what i can.

I would aim for the better table, but if we come short I'm sure we can raise 75$ and do the economy option My question would be though is it strictly only two ponies allowed at the table? Just wondering because if this is a group thing I'm sure a couple people might want to hang out there as well. Then again I've never been to Otafest so I'm not sure how these things work >_<

!calgarybronies (Im getting to be as bad as @phoenixswift) Also, the Expo's opening registration on the 15th of this month.. not to put pressure on anypony. (I dont believe you have to pay up front however. Just before the end of december.)

!calgarybronies or to expand our options theres also an 'economy booth' for 75 dollars more with two chairs and two badges. (where as the artist alley seat only has one badge).. depends really if we want to send one or two ponies as well.

!calgarybronies @Protopony and I, following @Darcyblue 's suggestions, have been looking into getting tables at Otafest (Otalite doesn't have an artists alley) and at the Calgary Expo. I know they're both a while off, but you do have to book tables sooner than later. So far we've come to conclusion that an artist alley table at the Expo will be $195 (36 sq feet and two chairs). I dont know how much an Otafest one is yet, but I'll update when I know. Now, I dont know if its worth it, or you guys want to raise money for us to do it. It's really up to the group.
