  5. "Indecent exposure and coersion.

"Femaie 30-35 approx 5'8"approx 185 lbs, brown curly unkempt hair left the grass at (The park) where she was sitting on the grass. She approached my 80-something-year-old father as he was walking with his rolling walker to (The grocery store). First she lifted her shirt, exposing her breasts, then she asked him to get something for her at the (The grocery store). He was shocked and is hard of hearing and could not understand what she was saying, He walked away, and went he came back she came within 2 inches of his face demanding loudly and incoherently whatever it was she asked for that he could not understand. Finally he yelled, "get out of my face" and she left across the street to lay down on the grass at (The park). He was scared. He continues to be scared.

While I would like to expect more electrical redundancy in one of the US's high-tech cities, I honestly consider this par for the course. Is the American electrical grid fragile? Well, duh.
