I can't figure out where in this fandom to go to ask questions that aren't immediately shouted down by randomness. How do brony meetups work? I want to meet bronies. I want to organize a meetup. But the only things I hear anywhere are just "To the moon!" and "lol derpy".

@mrn4rmn4rm I had a regular one, then it wore out on the last day of it's electronic warranty. I got it replaced, and the GameStop had only one in stock, which was the black sports edition. Only thing different that I'm aware of is that it's made of black plastic.

@leonkfox It's pretty hard to lose true RL friends, so don't worry about that too much. Not speak for six months and having to awkwardly apologize afterwards, that's a possibility. Things do break, sadly, and won't get better on their own, so sucks that your PS3 kicked it.

The hell? Y'know that copy of Sparkle World I ordered online and was convinced it'd never arrive? Well it (sort of) just did...except it was another issue. If it's subscribed and not told me I'm gonna be papayased, this better be easy to cancel if they have. Will see if it has any MLP goodness, but I doubt it.

"Cupcakes", "Twilight October", "Elements of Gaming", "It's a Dangerous Business, Going Out your Door", "Number 12/Traveller", "The Breaking of the Wall", "Memories of Days Long Past", "Better Living through Science and Ponies", and of course "Past Sins". I might have missed a couple.

@thetundraterror (oops, forgot the reply tag) I heard that the author went back and changed a good chunk of the story so it wasn't so Mary Sue'd. Then again, I am a bit odd. I have a tendency to glaze over writing imperfections and just absorb the story as a whole. So, while the way the story is written may or may not be up to some people's standards, the overall reading experience, at least in my opinion, is the best thing since bacon.
