@dlcentaur Moderators can delete posts and sandbox/ban/delete users. Administrators can access anything in the admin panel, such as the site notice, site design and the path to files on the server etc. Owners can change other users roles (make them admin/moderators)

@dlcentaur I would expect it to be stuff like: Mod can delete posts/silence users. Admins can do what Mods can do, but also choose Mods and the Owner probably has completely access to everything. Something like that, I would expect. I could be wrong, though.

@dlcentaur It's a very cool video, I remember hearing a few years back that scientists managed to stop light with a very thick pane of glass (I believe it was in the magnitude of meters thick, dunno how many), but it is very cool when you see stuff like this too :3

@dlcentaur Have you considered first having a local instance (on my PC, for example) to test stuff out before buying a server when it's not done yet? Also, do you have a plan at all? (We should really add each other on MSN or GTalk or my own chat server (so I can test if it actually works xD, but I guess I'll ask @derpyshy for that later :P)

@dlcentaur I like Linux stuff, but I could only be of limited use as I have no experience, getting someone else would surely be better :P

@dlcentaur VPSs are split at the OS level. You won't be able to tell you're sharing at all. xD

@dlcentaur Well a VPS would be slower, but cost a lot less. A dedicated will cost quite a bit but the site will run flawlessly on it most likely. :p

@dlcentaur I'm on a "free" VPS right now. It's a peice of crap though and would not support a site bigger than maybe 4 people. XD So yeah, you'd have to probably pay for a VPS minimum.
