@whirlsquirrel Cool! I know the store Myth Games is a good place to play. They've got plenty of space and sell the MLP CCG. It's in the NE though and I'm in the SW, so depending on your location there might be a better place to meet.

@twilisparkle45 Some of the better paying jobs in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) trade have four or five year apprenticeships associated with them.

@m14brony Ah. OK then. I've been forced to read so many historical fiction (usually around the American Revolution) books in grade school that whenever I hear "apprenticeship", I immediately think of artisanal or smithing job fields.

Huh. Today I learned that the !3ds will in fact use the inline microphone on a pair of headphones you plug in. I learned this because it disables the built in microphone and the main menu wouldn't spin things no matter how much I made noise directed at it.

@techdisk the built in music player will also react to inline headphone button presses too. A click will play/pause a song, and I think double clicking and the like controls other stuff. Wow. Didn't expect the 3DS to be that competent.

@scribus Not yet. AC:NL has a screenshot function and some games let you post screenshots to Miiverse, but there's no global "save a screenshot to the SD card" function. Kinda sucks since they have the capability to do so, if the game notes microapp is anything to go by.

Is it possible (and/or recommended) to jump into the Ace Attorney series wherever possible, or should I start from the beginning? !vgp !3ds

@scribus The first one is far and away the best in the series. I've heard the Professor Layton crossover is very good. It's been described as "Professor Layton and Phoenix Wright vs God"

@mrmattimation yeah but you can't breed patterns over. It's based on the region you're in so these are actually going to be 'unique'.

@thewaifutyphoon oh. I don't exactly know how that works. I mostly don't care about Vivillion's. The only reason I care about this one is because I literally can't play a game knowing I missed out on an event pokemon, no matter how useless.

@mrmattimation When the egg is created it's pattern is chosen based on the region that your 3DS is set to. It happens the same time your trainer ID and all that other crap happens. If you breed an egg that would become a Vivillon with the Continental Pattern and sent it to someone who would be creating Elegant Pattern Vivillons, it'll hatch and become a Continental Pattern with your friend's OT attached to it.

@dragran so I'm finished with that conkeldurr. Ran with mine a bit and even grabbed myself another good poke that I personally find that it fits great with my team. . Now I feel the need to get a different poke for a bulky trick room attacker rather then my sheep. You should get online to take back your poke either way
