@nerthos While pretty despicable, this isn't actually a crime the police can action. Someone from the local area could report it to Animal Control though. They wouldn't really take a call from someone in another jurisdiction IME though.

@rdnz It's handled by mailgun these days, so it ought to be. I used to run postfix on the server, but the hosting company has an abysmal reputation among anti-spam providers, so 90% of peoples notifications just got junked.
