Can someone tell me what the hell "DWM" is in the context of a million tumblrites doleing? Because having been an avid magazine reader all I can think of is Doctor Who Magazine.

@thelastgherkin If the arguments were anywhere near that level of coherence, you'd be correct. Unfortunately it's just devolved into super aggressive moralising and radfems making the usual offensive generalisations about rape culture.

@vt3c I recall reading in depth about SOPA and CISPA when they first came out and thinking that the only thing I really felt if-y about was that companies would have been given the power to pull the plug on web authors whom they thought violated copyrights because there wasn't any due process to it and could be abused, but everythign else seemed alright and public fears were way overblown.

@thelastgherkin @ceruleanspark I've been missing most of this drama since apparently I don't follow any tumblrs that care, but a few FB friends have mentioned it. Why all of a sudden? And why Molestia? I mean Molestia is purely innuendo.. saucy innuendo. Meanwhile i dunno.. there are scarier witches to hunt.

@vt3c I recall that that was one of the fears that had no real foundation back when I read about it.. maybe I recall wrong. To know what's really going on I had to look for actual breakdowns of the bill.
