  1. @mushi ... Why does "weebolate" automatically translate to some horrible disease in my head ? like "Haemochromatosis" or "Ebola". Even though in hindsight it's clear to me that you meant weeaboo-chocolate.

Hmm, I think I prefer chocoboo to weebolate

  2. @mushi And now I want some chocolate. Preferably in Japanese stick formfactor... What the heck was the name of that again ?

  3. @awl From a historian point of view that can be really interesting, yes, sadly I do not know anything about that. I never was a historian anyway. And unless if anyone wants to change a lot regarding some core fundamentals that of a system that has been there for a LOOONG time, I do not think we need a historian anyway.

Why even ask a historian ? Simple, it might have been attempted before. And you can learn a lot from things that have been attempted before.\

  4. @awl Pretty sure that modern day English is an evolution of language derrived from the Romans ( noteworthy, Latin ) Saxons ( noteworthy, Old Saxon and Anglo-frisian in a way ) and the Celts ( you know, Celtic ) ... And the last one does not even have three degrees of demonstrative pronouns. They combined words to get their nth degree. ( The Jutes, Vikings, the Danish and Normans also had a lot to say in it, litterally, but I do not know much of their languages )

  6. @metaltao Nono, it's fine. I now know more about Destiny than I ever wanted to know... I do not even have a console to play it on. However with Destiny 2 announced I kinda wanna see if history will repeat itself, and/or if the name Destiny is kinda tainted. Time will tell :)

  9. Has it been revealed yet why Destiny was such a gigantic clusterpoop ? I mean I heared something about the story being completely retconned/dumped less than half a year before release ?

  16. @adiwan Agreed, It did not help much that I only developed English skills years after last touching the game. There was probably a helpfull FAQ I could have read or something to, Idunno, not die so much ?

  17. @nerthos It's a silly game made in the olden days where CGA was still an option, Amiga had cool games, and most games were hard. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Ob73lgvE0M . It's pretty much a game that takes the Fluffle Puff out of the royal british legion, for if you kill 1 enemy you get to the next rank and get to carry more killystuffs

  24. @metaltao Now that is a particular ugly Kliment Voroshilov 2 ... Also tell the photographer to lay off of the Instagram filters. Those are only good for 1 thing, and that is "babynames" for those whom have absolutely NO immagination whatsoever. "I'm gonna call my baby Lomo-Fi" *eyeball* "really ... Sutro was taken ?"

  30. @zennx Nono, it is the compressor that is oscilating ( well, most likely anyway ) . Probably because a screw or a seam finally gave way. I just looked at how to get behind the thing. And there is just no way I can get in there without cleaning up my room... Scrap and bits everywhere...
