  1. @thelastgherkin I work at an assisted living building for people with autism ( translation makes this seem a bit more awkward than it is, probably ) and I see this one guy I've been meaning to talk to about his new job, so I start to do just that. When he takes the elevator I jump in too. Halfway down the power goes out. So both this guy and a random lady freak out as the lights go out. So I am fiddling to find the emergency button, and eventually find it, however not before being accused of groping someones bottom. ... The whole ordeal was quite upsetting, in the end I learned a LOT about elevator safety regulations, that guy's new job, and how some people still think that autism is something you can get by licking someone's toilet... I do NOT recommend it on so many levels... Mostly because it is boring

  2. @thelastgherkin I thought "a lift" was the English word for it, I do not think Americans use it all that much. Like the word "fortnight".

  3. @thelastgherkin ... How do you call the metal box that moves vertically ? I mean, until it stops moving vertically. And you generally have a bunch of upset people

  6. @adiwan On one hand, I remember the October 21 2015 fiasco... On the other hand I believe Bill Murray knows a little bit more about time-travel than Doc Brown does due to Groundhog Day

  7. @eyepie The only help I can see that works with an issue like that is a personal secretary. I think we ALLL want one of those XD

  8. @rarity You can say something negative about ALL the candidates and then some. Heck you can even recycle some old Newt Gingrich jokes and still hit a homerun on Chris's or Fiorinas court for that matter XD.

As for Marco Rubio's sentence construction skill, Yeah it helps him stand out in the crowd somewhat, too bad all the Trump supporters need to hear is "Wall this" or "nuclear triad that" and they'll generally scream harder than anyone on Rubio's team

  9. Oh, there was another republican debate over in the USA ? I might go watch that. It is so much more interesting than the politics in my country. You could compare ours to watching paint dry where sometimes the paint says the most uncommittingly possible "maybe"... Meanwhile in American politics it's more like watching the highschool playground where one side plays pokemon, and the other side plays soccer and hates nerds.

  11. @eyepie Yeah... I was kinda hoping it was something easy on both the explanation and replicative side ... Like "I got a girlfriend"

Wait... how is that even remotely replicative ?

    That even a word ?

  12. @scribus I have a friend who would easily math that description once he sees that he has to go up against Teemo... Either that or it's unbridled rage... I do not really understand LoL

  13. @eyepie That's great. Care to share the secret of success in that area ? I think I know about 10 people who I have been spending way too much time with as of late who should/could benefit a LOT from that knowledge.

  14. @eyepie If I said that RDN still being alive would go in my personal top 10 of "positive things in 2016" I would not even be overstating anything.

    So, ehmm, please share.

  17. It seems that my volume up rocker on my Samsung Galaxy smartphone has not survived the onslaught of rain the same day my waterproof case decided to malfunction ( one of the seals broke ). The volume down rocker seems to be fine though. I wonder if there is a way to repair this.

  23. I just ordered myself one of these waterproof protective cases for my S4 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOcYrF9RmJE , Seido Obex ) because my Otterbox Preserver now misses a seal ( and in turn lost it's water-proof-ness ) ... I hope it will arrive soon. For I do not think that my phone, in it's current state, can survive another surprise assault by either hail, rain, water, or surprise pool visits or... perhaps other sticky liquids I can not, or will not, mention

  27. @adiwan I laughed at the people in the conversation whom were stating the obvious, in that, Tumblr is a wee bit silly place in which Tumblees ( Tumblr's ? ) try EVERYTHING and the kitchen sink in order to stand out. The part that made it funny was that I can really imagine 2 people talking to eachother in 1850 saying things like "wow, you should check out the circus one day or another, I swear, it's a strange strange place, everyone knows how to ride a unicycle, they are really a weird bunch of freaks". My own immagination made me laugh the most, probably.
