the only way to liven RDN up appears to be to ban all the existing users so that new people who arrive actually stay.

@mrdragon All I freaking wanted was to maybe use RDNPlus or a Stylish script to get rid of something I had already seen and did not need to see again. Red provided me with that solution, and we could have gone on completely blissfully had others not decided to make it into a big thing.

@mrmattimation now i wish i had this on PC. I'm thouroughly enjoying New Vegas for it's own challenges; this sounds like a somewhat different ball game.
