Our brain just gets 2 images, both 2d, together with the information of how much the iris has to focus, that gives our brain the illusion that something is far away or near ( because you combine it with knowledge of how things usually are. Optical tricks were actually used in Lord of the Rings quite a bit so they wouldn't have to make use of vertically challenged people much.
But... That is not 3D ! That is just using 2D information filtered through both memories and something you could phraise as 'biological trigonometry'
3D vision would actually be something like looking around a tree, while not moving your head.
So some would call what we have to be 2,5 D ( since we can sense distance with 2D input ). However then video games raise their head and go "EXCUSE ME !!! I am 2,5 D !!!" and muddy the whole issue. -

Or 4 for that matter, or whatever other number you throw at it. As long as they are side by side on the same flat surface, it will never capture 3D. -

Please do not watch unless if you know that this youtuber is intentionally trying to be funny by cursing in a weird way; are offended by heavy & weird usage of vocabulary; can not handle extreme uses of the F word, C word, D word, N word, A word, B word & A-Z word; are pregnant; are easily offended; still have not watched Game of Thrones S8E5 and are planning to do so; or if 220 minute long video's about an episode that does in no way be THAT long scare you... the 2016 version is kind of about ( and I am going to banana off everyone who really knows what it is about ) some theme park where you get to live out your wildest dreams within a few set parameters, such as the wild west. Which is fine and dandy untill some people start to do some less than conventional things to the droids that are supposed to live there.
I guess that means someone wants to rob trains and shoot people.
Then the droids thing themselves become a plot point somehow, so I guess they get their memories tangled up or some other super AI doomsday scenario. -
Westworld has been de-recommended to me for : Blowing all of their creative load in the first season and making a mockery of established characters where they either need to suddenly be super smart or super dumb depending on deus-ex-machina levels of "FCKRLLY?"

I feel that chronologically we are at the peak maximum time where most people will not understand the "BoNeStOrM !!!" or "You speak of justice? Of cowardice? I will show you the justice of the grave... and the true meaning of fear." or even "Good news, everyone! I think I perfected a plague that will destroy all life on Azeroth!". But actually we are at the maximum times between "Mortal insects! You dare trespass into my domain? Your arrogance will be purged in living flame!" oh and also "I AM DEATHWING, THE DESTROYER, THE END OF ALL THINGS, INEVITABLE, INDOMITABLE; I AM THE CATACLYSM!" I guess.
Classic WoW is really toying around with my passage of time. Since it should be OBVIOUS that outside of Illidan himself not one boss is remembered or in the meme-lexicanum anymore. Well maybe except for Bloodlord Mandokir since he actually screams "DING !" as he levels up.
