I don't want any drama. Believe you me, there is already enough of it on the internet regarding this topic.
Alec Holowka, the person who did about 95% of the work on a game known as "Night in the Woods" has passed away.
Due to the recent happenings with Zoey Quinn a lot of people are re-opening the kitchen-sink regarding almost all the big harms that remotely touched video games the past 6 years or so. I do not want any of that.
I just want to say. Alec, I do not know you, you do not know me, We no doubt would disagree on a lot of topics. But I'm almost sure that we could find twice as many we could talk about while sharing a cold one.
Everyone has skeletons in their closets, and dealing with them should be what you are going to be remembered for, next to where I believe a lot of your hard work can be found, the lessons and wise words of the NitW universe and the musical work you left behind.

My qualm is that someone can take a look at your comic about getting robbed and also shout "Keep politics out of my cartoons". He probably would not even be halfway as wrong compared to what your whole take about unionization is to a non-american.
You should make life easier on yourself, not harder.

@scribus I did some calculations. Technically I could make a prototype of something like this at the next nerd-camp I go to ( just 48 weeks from now. can't wait )
But it probably will not be comfortable, and might just end up looking like bad "Tin Woodsman" cosplay... and it might not even be in any way better than to just inflate an inflatable boat and use it as a bathtub.

Today I experienced something for the first time that almost everyone takes for granted. Throwing up... It tasted like... Crystal Clear Sparkling Lemon... Nothing in the world could have prepared me for THAT.

@scribus What do you mean ? that is just training, theorycrafting, theorytesting, and putting it into action.
Also preparing about a month just for that event alone.
The biggest problem with YOU doing it is that you might not love those games as much as they do.

@adiwan The way I figured after talking to some nerds, bad RMA's ( in the past ) bad temps ( in the past ) really shoddy bios updates ( in the past ) lots of lousy capacitors ( up till at least 2017 ), mangoty factory service ( as recent as 2018, though it could have been Amazon for that guy ) VCORE issues ( as shown on live hardware ) and rather lousy warranty compared to TUF ( Asus ) which everyone really seemed to love.
As for that adapter. I can not think of any use for it. Let me know if it works though. I mean the last thing I had that would probably even get some usage would be this ancient [ picture of pinnalce PCTV stereo PCI card ], which ofcourse is downright silly these days. @adiwan Ohh, yeah, when I buy a new CPU, MoBo, RAM, and format a entire disk, I just give the entire beast a new name. I guess that means that kinda auto-defeats the idea of upgrading in my head.
Especially when I have one of these really old fashioned end of the nineties hightower cases somewhere in storage. You know, the ugly ones with the side-braces that you could swap out for wheels.
But enough of my ramblings. I had been eyeballing a similar processor. What motherboard did you specifically get ? -

@mrmattimation The country I am in does not have wall to wall 24 hour newscycles. The things that are spoken about are usually about what proper journalists think that the common man needs to hear about. Especially when it comes to democratically elected officials that are trying to spin a story into their benefit.

@mrmattimation I never said they were, I said that it was stupid of them to not exploit the situation and would rather follow the hype-train of Greenland when there is some proper gains to be had in another story.
The conclusions I can pull from what I just stated are quite limited. But if you can tell me that I am forgetting one key element then I'd love to hear it. -
