  1. @scribus Yeah, I got that, but ... OIC. Yes, I do have nonspecific "issues" which are uncommon among ponies in my specific category. Do you have some insight into my issues. I mean, I really did like the idea of the fight club for a moment, then I snapped back into the real world of lack of intolerance to the degree that one would think me to be insane.

  2. @scribus Hmm. I don't have any idea to what you are referring, but I am sure that I want to know more about the subject.

  3. @lilytheamazingfaintingpony All is great and getting better every minute. I love your bio. Do you have any stories involving Lily, the Amazing Fainting (like the amazing fainting goats and also not anything like a goat) Pony?

  6. @pachipie Hi, Pachipie! I just ponyfied Paul Revere by the Beastie Boys and put it up on my little personal wiki. It is likely slow, but I may as well plug it just one more time. (I forgot to tag it # the last two times.) http://fnordly.dyndns.org/wiki welcomes any modifications, and I look forward to someone telling me how lame it is and the first three reasons that it is uncool that come to mind. GTG. K. Thnx. Bubye.

  7. @fnordly Failed post. Paul Revere by the Beastie Boys covered by Pinkie, Gummy and Spike D. fnordly.dyndns.org/wiki/ Slow server is slow.

  8. @redenchilada @retl fnordly.dyndns.org/wiki/ has the rest of that song, but my server is going to be too slow for anypony if everypony hits it at the same time. The wiki is otherwise empty, if I correctly recall.

  9. @redenchilada Now, here's a little story I've got to tell about three bright mares that you know so well. It started way back in history with Luna, Derpy and me, Pinkie... Been had a little 'gator named Paul Revere. Just me and my little Gummy and a quart of beer. Galloping across the land, kicking up sand, sheriff's posse on my tail, 'cause I'm in demand. One lonely cutie I be. All by myself with no pony. The sun is beating down on my Yankee's hat. The air is getting hot. The beer is getting flat. Looking for a girl, I ran into a guy. He said, "Eeyup." I swooned, "Hi..." #

  10. @foxox I haven't looked at the maps.google.com link that you posted, but Mapquest.com (AOL) helps host Openstreetmap.org ... Bing.com has the best aerial photography, but Google is more sharing but Mapquest seems to be the most decent. Anyway, Openstreetmap.org is an online community drawing on a map like many fill out their thread tree forest or derp-up their wikis. So, if maps.google.com has some pony related clustering going on, maybe you should help them find the Openstreetmap.org # ... That being said, I am interested in the subject and will try to get back with you after I look again at your question.

  11. @thelastgherkin Gee. I don't know what it is, but I like it. I know that this is not at all appropriate, but I really want to touch it.

  12. @herbalgreen What's funny is that when the flame-wars began long ago between artists and educators using Apple and everyone else using the PC, there were two differing processors, the Intel and clones of it (like AMD) and the Motorola CPUs used in the Macintosh. Microsoft ripped off the GUI (or did they both just steal one from DEC? whetever); GNU+Linux ripped off Microsoft's market share; Apple shoved the new-comer to free, open-source software into their basket by using the Intel and AMD chips and BSD Unix. Androids are the new Mac. The Mac OS/X is just a... (How do I put this gently?) Dude, you got a Dell.

  14. @mrdragon NMA.tv is really sweet. They have an article (for lack of better term for a little packet of NMA.tv awesomeness like the Weather Girls) about bronies. It is not very old. Most recently, Li Anne (which I still haven't figured out how to add her on Google+) just pwned iJustine.

  15. @derps I don't just think it! I used to walk a mile every morning for a few weeks in the sand through three cities on the edge of Jacksonville, Florida, the biggest city in the world. If you think that that is bad, try the bogs of the Gulf of Mexico near Tampa, Florida. It is the single, most concentrated grounding of lightning bolts and always has been. People from Tampa are called Tampons.

  16. @thelastgherkin I've seen a house fly. I've seen a horse fly. I've seen a dragon fly. I've seen a rubber band, a (something) and a needle that winked its eye... but it beat everything that I've ever seen, when I saw an elephant fly.

  17. @fnordly youtube.com/watch?v=E8EPDYFzZfU is the same thing as my last post. The "swimsuit edition" is another vlog of hers where she doesn't mention ponies, but she talks about staying cool like an alligator. At least I have found something to watch for awhile.

  18. @mrdragon Speaking of Google+ NMA.tv just replied to you, @mrdragon? nma.tv/li-anne-add-google/ I have got to go and add her Real Soon Now. There is also a link to the swimsuit edition. That will be the first thing that I do after I pry myself away from having pried myself away from the RDN for a minute.

  19. @mrbrown @mrdragon What is *really* funny is that those two links were clever hidden in a discussion about our failed technology in education. Bash.org while named after BSD Dash-script is an archive of IRC among script kitties, and Ascorbic.net is an archive of the chat in the margins of the encyclopedia which we like to refer to as Everything2.com

Friday, 19-Aug-11 17:06:37 UTC from web in context
  20. @mrbrown Bash.org and Ascorbic.net ... Pretty much anything that a pony needs for scripting.

  21. @mrdragon Nah. What is nice is that the Power Puff Girls took Transformers and made Figit Friends for your baby sisters to shoot with their professional photographic equipment. Instead of dumping them into a crib, turn them loose on a huge pile of buttons. It is like when you raise a Great Dane in a regular fenced-in yard. They grow big enough to lean over the fence, but they really don't have any reason to just step over it and foray into the neighborhood.

  29. @zachariastargazer It is unfortunate that math and technology and medicine and legal defense and government are some of those things where either you get it and it is easy or it is complicated and you get got by those that don't get the big picture but want to control and compete rather than comfort and share.

  30. @zachariastargazer I was enjoying sitting in the back of community college math with my laptop feigning interest in the topic while making a boring movie of my boredom with a brilliantly white-walled background and florescent lighting which brought out the color of the veins in my forehead.
