@mrmattimation Though your options may be limited depending on the TV or device or some other factor. On my cheapo the highest I could go through VGA without the picture showing flat wrong was 1280x768 whereas HDMI gladly supported 1600x900 and 1080p. So test it out first or something.

My TV only has one HDMI in port though, so if I want to use it with my PC I have to switch cables. >:(

Literally no idea why the box my TV came in said it only supported 720p, I'm watching TV at 1080i and it looks just fine.

@rainbowsdash That's why you don't use a router given to you by the company. Go buy an Asus router (mine is 450mbps) and then switch your current router to bridge mode so that it works like a regular modem.

@mrmattimation I bought a Netgear with 350mbps about a year ago and I hooked it up to that. Works fine now. Although it could use an upgrade, probably...

@scribus Yeah, the GarageBand app on iOS has a feature specifically for that. You might need an adapter or something like that, I dunno how that works entirely.
