  1. There are people like Ricepirate who spend three months working and become wonderful animators, and then there's me. I'd say I'm at about the same skill level I was at three years ago.

    • Sorry, I had to get that out.

      • Hell, there's not even a single comic I regret making, and if I told you otherwise I was lying because you got offended by it and I wanted to shut you up. The point is that most of what I do is pointless and awful but I don't regret any of it.

        • People hate me and what I do and my cartoons will only be 'funny' for another year until the bronies die out, but at the very least I stand by my work. There is not a single cartoon I regret making.

                          • As for the rape joke, well, I think the way the joke is positioned is pretty funny. It wasn't really about the joke itself, it was about the juxtaposition between The Simpsons' humor and Family Guy's 'humor', and the fact nobody finds Stewie's joke funny illustrates this.

                                • I gotta say, that wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, it was actually pretty good. I assume nobody here has any interest in seeing it, so I'm just gonna run down the plot. Blah blah blah sparking action blah blah blah newspaper comic blah blah blah the Griffins get run out of Quahog. While on the road, they stop at a gas station and their car gets stolen. Deciding to go into the nearby town of Springfield to get police help, they stop at the local Kuik-E-Mart to get some food, only to realize that have no money. It is here that a generous Homer Simpson buys them a case of donuts and the whole thing kinda snowballs from there.

                                    • A lot of the humor thusfar seems to be self-parody. The initiating event involves Peter making an offensive comic strip (and then several offensive comments on a feminist talk show) and it actually makes people really mad.
